1. Eligibility (Age Restrictions)

Swipelooks is strictly intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are under 18, please do not attempt to register or use our service.

2. Information We Collect

• Authentication Data: When you choose Google Sign-In, we receive account information such as your name and email address to create and maintain your account.
• User Content: We process photos you upload, clothing images, and generated or saved looks to provide AI try-on and saved-item features.
• Usage and Device Data: We may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages or features used, and security or diagnostic logs.
• Payment Data: Pixel Rainbow Inc., acting as Merchant of Record, and its payment partners process payment information. We may receive transaction status, purchased product information, and transaction identifiers, but do not receive or store full payment-card details.

3. How We Use Your Data and AI Processing

We use uploaded images and related account data to provide, secure, improve, and support the AI try-on service. Image processing may use Google Cloud, Firebase, and Google Vertex AI infrastructure.

• No Facial Recognition: We do not use uploaded images for biometric identification or facial-recognition purposes.
• Retention: Account information, uploaded photos, clothing uploads, and saved looks may be retained while your account or saved-item features remain active, or until you delete them, subject to limited backup, security, fraud-prevention, and legal-retention needs.
• No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal information. If we enable technology that constitutes sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, we will provide the notice and choices required by applicable law.

4. Cookie Policy

Swipelooks uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain an active user session, remember preferences, and support Google OAuth authentication.

• Essential Cookies: Required for sign-in, security, and core app functionality. These cannot be disabled through the Service.
• Analytics and Performance Technologies: We may use limited measurement tools to understand app traffic and performance. Where consent is required by law, optional technologies are enabled only after the required consent is obtained.
• Managing Cookies: You can configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies. Some features, including sign-in, may not work without essential cookies.

5. Regional Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of the use of your personal information. California residents may also have rights to know about collection and use of personal information, request deletion or correction, and opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
